Bruce began his consulting career in 1975. Prior to B. Greenfield & Associates, he gained his professional experience while with three prominent firms: Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers), KMG Main Hurdman (now KPMG Peat Marwick), and Booz Allen & Hamilton.
His education includes a Masters in Business Administration (with emphasis in Operations Research/Management Science) from The University of Michigan, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from Purdue University. Bruce was elected Certified Management Consultant (CMC) of the Institute of Management Consultants in 1985.
Bruce served on the full-time faculty of Capital University, School of Management as an Executive Professor (2003-2009); other teaching positions include Ashland University and BGSU Firelands College. Active in the community, he serves on the Board of Deaf Initiatives (a not-for-profit organization that includes a social business enterprise which employs deaf adults: www.deafinitiatives.org) and the Boys & Girls Club of Erie County. He has earned black belt rank in Okinawan Shorin-Ryu karate.
